As part of our commitment to supporting contemporary art in Austria, Phileas maintains a growing Artist Library at our office at Opernring 17 in Vienna. This physical library includes a comprehensive collection of publications and exhibition catalogues, documenting the work of contemporary Austrian and Austria-based artists. The library is available for consultation and serves as a resource for curators, and other art professionals seeking an insight into Austria’s vibrant artistic landscape.

In parallel with our physical collection, we maintain a digital Artist Library - an archive of artists’ portfolios, which we share with curators in line with their curatorial research. It reflects our ongoing efforts to support artistic careers and to promote Austrian and Austria-based artists on a global scale.
