New publication about VALIE EXPORT’s filmic work
The first comprehensive publication on VALIE EXPORT’s filmic works, titled How to Do Things with VALIE EXPORT, got published by the Austrian Film Museum and Spector Books. VALIE EXPORT is one of the most radical and significant audiovisual artists of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. This book focuses on her cinematic work as a universe of options for action and as a visionary springboard for perceiving and challenging patriarchal structures in society.
