Fatima Bintou Rassoul SY (born 1988 in Dakar, Senegal) is a curator and cultural practitioner based in Dakar. Her curatorial practice focuses on archives, Black geographies, cultural policies, and the ways communities preserve and articulate collective memory, with a particular interest in African and diasporic narratives.

She is Director of Programmes at RAW Material Company, Dakar (SEN), where she develops exhibitions, discursive programmes, educational initiatives, publications, and international collaborations. She studied Exhibition Sciences and Techniques at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris (FRA), and previously worked in hospitality and cultural mediation at institutions including the Musée du Louvre, Musée Rodin, Grand Palais, and Fondation Louis Vuitton, Paris (FRA). Since returning to Dakar in 2018, she has also contributed to the development of the Museum of Black Civilizations.

Her recent curatorial projects include Le Spectre des Ancêtres en Devenir by Tuan Andrew Nguyen, L’École des Mutantsby Hamedine Kane and Stéphane Verlet-Bottéro, and D’une rive à l’autre by Ibrahima Thiam, all presented at RAW Material Company (SEN). She has also contributed to international projects including the Walk&Talk Biennial, Azores (PRT), and has published writing in books and journals including Oh! AfricArt, Something We Africans Got, and SWAG.
