Graduate trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate trainee to join our team for a year-long training programme starting on 11 January 2027. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the diverse operations of an international arts organisation, develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment, and deepen your understanding of the Austrian and international art scenes.

As a trainee, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to a wide range of projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, take ownership of specific tasks, and make a meaningful contribution to the organisation’s work. The programme offers valuable, hands-on experience and a strong foundation for a future career in the art world.
