Graduate trainee

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate trainee to join our team this autumn (starting 1 October 2025) for a year-long training programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the diverse operations of an international arts organisation, build your skill set in a fast-paced office environment, and deepen your understanding of both the Austrian and international art scenes. As a trainee, you’ll be an active member of the team, involved in a wide range of projects. You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced colleagues, take ownership of specific tasks, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing initiatives. The programme is designed to provide you with solid, hands-on work experience and prepare you for a career in the art world.
